Retirement
At Wolverine State Credit Union, we want our staff to feel confident about their personal financial future. We offer a 401(k) with a 1% employer match, plus an 8% employer profit-sharing contribution.
Tuition Reimbursement
Tuition reimbursement is available up to $3,000 per year. This benefit helps invest in staff that wishes to continue to advance and obtain ongoing training.
No Cost Health Insurance
Medical, dental and vision insurance are fully paid by WSCU for full-time employees and eligible dependents. Plans may include deductibles, copayments and out-of-pocket maximums, however the cost of the plan is provided at no charge to full-time employees.
Life, AD&D & Disability Coverage
Life Insurance – Employer-paid coverage up to 2.5X annual salary (subject to plan maximums)
AD&D Coverage – Extra protection for life’s unexpected events – fully covered
Disability Insurance – Employer-paid short and long term disability coverage to protect your income if unable to work.
Paid Time Off
